Here are some questions to think about while you do it:

• Where is leverage to be found?

• Where are the good chances facing you?

• What are things I want to accomplish?

• If I were successful, what would that success bring?

Useful opportunities can come from such things as:

•  New skill development

• New associations and actions taken

• Better relationships

• More effectiveness

• Promotability
