NOW, Let's Get Started! In the following steps, you will be creating a developmental
plan. There are two reasons to use this system for
creating a strategy focused developmental plan:.
- ISIS is a integral mapping system for
any situation you encounter. You can use it at its
lowest level of differentiation [identity, purpose and
intention] or its highest level of differentiation: [Identity:
Assumptions/beliefs, vision, values, principles; Purpose;
Intention: Strategic Objectives, Key Success Factors, Goals,
Standards].
- Once you go through this process, you can self-coach
yourself using this process in the future. Development will
be going on throughout your life and career and you will be
able to use ISIS to guide others through a developmental
process, either overtly as this system does or covertly as you
use it to guide your coaching/leadership interactions.
Your developmental plan is created in the following order:

A quick
overview of the ISIS system identifies 3 basic areas of focus
(strategy) +
attention (tactics):
(Identity + Purpose
+ Intention) => RightACTION +
Attention = Productivity When this
system is over layered onto 2 other core competencies of
leadership: alignment and capability and actualized through
coaching, we form the state of generati. Generati is a
state where development never stops. It also defines a
state of leadership that is ubiquitous and exists as Ken Wilber
states in an integral domain of internal/external and
individual/collective.

A note to the user from the founder and author:
Hi,
I'd like to welcome you to the 21 Day Intention System.
Over the next few weeks you'll be part of a process and a group
that meets over the telephone for only 21 minutes at a time, so
you'll want to be prepared to work when you dial into the
program.
Basically, a facilitator will meet with you to walk you through
a systematic process of emergence. What we mean by this is that
you will be asked to do work each day in the 21 minutes of class
time. We will be there to help clarfiy and answer your
questions, but we are not using this program or process to teach
you the process, but to use it to guide you to create a strategy
map.
There is an accompanying online system that you can use as a
member of the program "1" time for free for yourself. If you use
this system with others, please purchase a client license for
every person you use it with.
This system or integral mapping program allows us to guide you
through a map-making process that gets down on paper valuable
information that you can use to navigate the territory of your
choosing.
In that vein, we can use the mapping system at five levels.
http://www.1isis.com/levels
Each of you will be asked to choose one level to work at in the
program.
In that same level, we'll ask you to choose a role. Often we
guide people to choose roles categories like employee,
self-employed, business owner or even investor if that role
suits your issue.
For those of you mapping at the most detailed level: what we
refer to as iMAP, which can stand for integral map or "issue"
map, we ask you pick a particularly leveraging issue, like in
the example here: empathy.
http://www.1isis.com/dev/Phase1/example1.htm
This allows you map to become a developmental plan as it emerges
throughout the process.
You are NOT required to map at any particular level, but you
will need to choose one for the guide to be able to support your
mapping process. Almost every question must be contextualized in
the mapping system by what role have you chosen and have you
chosen a focus (life, business, marketing, business development,
project) or an issue to map.
The entire system, when used appropriately creates a network or
web of maps that can be interrelated over time and produce a
detailed set of strategy and tactics that can be used to create
an action theory or intention.
We hope you enjoy the program, feel free to get started with the
online system and the ecoach that accompanies the system when
you trigger that autocoach through a registration that you
create after beginning the process.
You can do the mapping with or without form. In other words, you
can grab a blank worksheet and fill it in, or you can just write
freely in a journal or on your computer as things fill in.
We will be following a linear process to cover the mapping,
however once you realize this process is emergent you can go to
any section at any time and complete information you need for
your map to emerge.
Thanks and welcome,
